ROADS AND BRIDGES LTD signed a Grant Agreement No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-1350-C01 under the project "Adapted Work Environment in ROADS AND BRIDGES LTD". The Grant Agreement is under procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted Work Environment", financed under the Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of jobs in ROADS AND BRIDGES LTD in the context of the transition to a green economy, the digital transition and to provide an environment that meets the specific needs of employees and at the same time has a positive impact on the productivity and efficiency of work in the enterprise. The project envisages improving the organization of work by implementing green models that will ensure safe, healthy and acceptable working conditions, as well as contribute to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. The specific objectives of the project in support of achieving the set general objective are:

  • Development and implementation of "green" models of work organization;
  • Improvement of safe working conditions through the purchase of CPC;
  • Provide social benefits and psychological support for employees.
  • To achieve the project objectives, the implementation of activities is envisaged, the main results of which will be:

A review of the current state of the enterprise and the organization of work activities related to the implementation of "green" practices;

  • Developed and implemented "green" models of work organization;
  • Prepared "green" maps for the organization of work processes at specific workplaces;
  • Developed/adopted a plan of measures for the implementation of "green" models of work process organization by the management bodies of the enterprise;
  • trained staff to implement the relevant changes in the workplace;
  • ensured prevention and prophylaxis of "burnout" in the workplace and "effects of the COVID pandemic on mental health", through psychological support
  • purchased CPS
  • provided social benefits for employees

The total cost of the project is 128,986.00 BGN, of which 87,710.48 BGN are grant funding from the European Union, through the European Social Fund+, 15,478.32 BGN national co-financing and 25,797.20 BGN own financing.

The project started on 07.11.2024 and lasts 12 months.
