"Roads and Bridges" Ltd. owns two stationary automated crushing and screening plants located in its own quarries with a total capacity of 380 tons per hour.

A certified production control system has been introduced for the production of road base materials, fractions for concrete and asphalt concrete mixtures for all layers of pavements, including those covering the requirement for an accelerated polishing coefficient. The equipment for the production of inert materials guarantees the autonomy and operational independence of the company when implementing large infrastructure projects.

"Roads and Bridges" Ltd. owns a mobile crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 120 t/h for fractions up to 250 t/h of road base materials, allowing for better planning and efficiency in the production of the produced materials.

At the end of 2012, a new modern crushing and screening installation of the Sandvik company with a capacity of 300 t/h was put into operation, meeting the most modern requirements for the production of stone materials and environmental protection. The installation has a double system for the purification of the crushed material and a special system for reducing the fine material in the fractions, which guarantees high quality of the produced products. The filler collection system, the possibility of loading it onto cement trucks, allows for its subsequent use in the production of construction, concrete and asphalt mixtures.
