Declaration of the Management of "Roads and Bridges" EOOD on the Management Policy

THE MANAGEMENT POLICY of "Roads and Bridges" EOOD is aimed at Providing services related to construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of roads, road facilities, urban communications and the infrastructures around them; production of aggregates; production of concrete mixtures and products from them; production of asphalt concrete; servicing and repair of all types of construction and other equipment; transportation of goods.

The management policy of "Roads and Bridges" EOOD is the result of the management's commitment to minimizing pollution and harmful impacts on the environment, as well as minimizing the risks of production activities for the health and safety of employees in the organization and stakeholders, with continuous improvement of the IMS and in accordance with current legislation.

To implement this policy, the Management of the Organization directs its efforts in the following areas:

• Establishing the Organization as a competitive contractor of high-quality road construction activities, repair services;
• Effective use of available material, human and financial resources and capital, in order to meet the requirements of Investors, Customers, Personnel, Society and other Stakeholders;
• Commitment to compliance with legal and voluntarily adopted requirements regarding health and safety at work, related to activities, processes, workplaces, work equipment and products of the organization;
• Application of the best available techniques, whenever possible and economically feasible;
• Providing the necessary training and strengthening personal responsibility for ensuring health and safety at work;
• Prevention and reduction of possible illnesses and injuries related to the occurrence of incidents and emergencies, by maintaining a high level of readiness to respond to disasters, accidents and environmental incidents;
• Health and safety care for external visitors to the organization's territory by informing about sources of possible hazards and ensuring access control to them;
• Reducing the risk of illnesses, accidents and incidents in the workplace by adopting goals and programs for health and safety at work;
• Continuously analyzing and improving our activities in order to reduce the risk and its impact on the environment, as well as informing the public about the achievements in occupational safety and the environment;
• Continuously improving environmental protection by reducing pollution of atmospheric air, water, soil and waste management;
• Achieving compliance with applicable legal requirements related to the environment, relevant to the organization's activities, processes and products and their aspects with corporate requirements;
• Providing the necessary training to increase the competence, environmental culture of personnel and strengthen personal responsibility for environmental protection;
• Active cooperation with authorized environmental control organizations and all stakeholders in solving environmental protection problems;
• Emergency situations;
• Implementation of new technologies and protective equipment in terms of environmental protection.

To achieve these goals, "Roads and Bridges" Ltd. is building an Integrated Management System, compliant with the international standards ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; ISO 9001:2015.

The management creates and guarantees the necessary conditions for strict compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System in the organization and for active participation of the management and executive staff in its development.
