The activity starts from 02.06.2025.

For carrying out waste treatment activities, "Roads and Bridges" EOOD holds Decision No. 03- DO- 701 – 00/19.11.2024, issued by the Regional Inspectorate for Environment, Water and Fire Protection-Varna.
For the activities for transporting construction waste – Decision No. 03 – RD – 584 – 09/29.04.2022.
INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS:
The acceptance of construction waste for subsequent treatment will be carried out only on the basis of a written Contract with persons holding a document under Art. 35 of the Waste Management Act with the relevant code, in accordance with the Regulation under Art. 3 of the Waste Management Act, as follows:
-permit or comprehensive permit for waste activities under Art. 35, para. 1 of the Waste Management Act;
-registration document for waste activities under Art. 35, para. 2, items 3-5 of the Waste Management Act;
- registration document for waste collection and transportation or registration for activity as a trader or broker, when they have concluded a contract with persons holding a permit or registration document under Art. 35, para. 1, respectively Art. 35, para. 2, items 3-5 of the Waste Management Act.
